Auston Taylour Matthews is an American professional ice hockey centre and captain for the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL). Matthews is widely considered one of the best players in the world, and his goal-scoring rate has drawn comparisons to players such as Alexander Ovechkin.

Richard Bernard Skelton was an American entertainer best known for his national radio and television shows between 1937 and 1971, especially as host of the television program The Red Skelton Show. He has stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his work in radio and television, and also appeared in burlesque, vaudeville, films, nightclubs, and casinos, all while he pursued an entirely separate career as an artist.

Plans for a new casino and hotel complex that is intended to spur development in the Atlantic City's marina district will be unveiled today, officials said. The presentation before the city's Planning Board will enable the public to get its first look at the Le Jardin Hotel and Casino, to be built by Mirage Resorts on part of a 150-acre tract that was once the site of a city dump.
