Slobodan Milosevic, defiant as ever and proud of his nation's resistance to NATO's air attacks, staged an eerie celebration today -- a rock concert in the center of Belgrade to show solidarity with the soldiers facing down the allied assaults. Few of the thousands of Serbs who attended were unaware that this was also the 10th anniversary of the day when Mr. Milosevic stripped broad autonomy from Kosovo, just after his security forces had killed some 30 ethnic Albanian protesters in Pristina, Kosovo's capital.
