WHEN Reba McEntire leaves the cast of ''Annie Get Your Gun'' this Friday, Broadway will bid a wistful farewell to its first genuine sweetheart of the rodeo. Other country singers have starred on Broadway -- most notably, Mac Davis and Larry Gatlin, who took over the title role in the 1991 ''Will Rogers Follies.'' But Ms. McEntire is the first to turn in a legendary star performance in the grand, stentorian tradition of Ethel Merman, who originated the role of Annie Oakley.     Ms. McEntire's conquest is certainly a stunning personal triumph. But does it signal that other stars and songwriters in Nashville's rhinestone pantheon will soon be flocking to New York's musical stages? Theoretically at least, Nashville and Broadway have much to offer each other. But even so, the answer is, probably not.  The distance between New York, the capital of American musical theater, and Nashville, the hub of country music, may be only several hundred miles. But in spirit, the two cities might as well be on different continents.
