KERLIN-Sally. Bank Street College of Education mourns the passing of Sally Kerlin, Board Chair Emerita, Life Trustee and beloved friend. She was a link in the strong chain of women who cared about the education of young children, and served them and their families throughout her lifetime. We will miss her wisdom and guidance and her vigilance which she showed throughout her fifty-five year association with Bank Street. NEHMS-Marion S. 83, of Vero Beach, FL, and Marion, MA, died Wednesday, December 26, 2001, in Albuquerque, NM. Mrs. Nehms was a graduate of Trenton State College, Ewing Lakes, NJ. Wife of the late Howard E. Nehms, Mrs. Nehms is survived by four children, Jeffrey H. Nehms of Palo Alto, CA, Janet Nehms Marshall of Albuquerque, NM, Barbara Nehms of Baltimore, MD, and David A. Nehms of Middleboro, MA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Elizabeth S. Marshall, William H. Marshall, Haley M. Nehms and Benjamin J. Nehms. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2001, at 10:30 A.M. at the First Presbyterian Church, Vero Beach, FL. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurses Association of Vero Beach, FL, or Marion, MA.
