A Mistrial Declared in Trial Of 2 Ex-Tyco Executives The judge in the six-month trial of two former Tyco International executives declared a mistrial because one juror said she had received a letter. The Manhattan district attorney's office said that it would retry the case, in which the former chief executive of Tyco, L. Dennis Kozlowski, and the former chief financial officer, Mark H.
