A report last Sunday in the baseball spotlight roundup about Dallas McPherson and Brandon Wood, who were considered potential future stars for the Los Angeles Angels because of their offensive productivity in the minor leagues in 2005, misidentified the team for which Wood primarily played that season. It was Rancho Cucamonga, a Class A Advanced team  not Salt Lake, which is a Class AAA team.

Manager Joe Girardi said that although he was not worried about Rodriguez’s hip, he would keep a close eye to make sure he does not neglect taking care of the rest of his body.
