An article Sunday about former Senator John Edwards referred incorrectly to a statement by a former aide, Andrew Young, who at first said he was the father of a baby born to Rielle Hunter but later said that the father was Mr. Edwards. Mr. Young’s initial statement was not made under oath and therefore was not an “affidavit.”.

An article on Aug. 19 about preparations in South Korea to launch a satellite, raising tensions with North Korea, overstated what was known about a Twitter page that linked to news reports about the North. Although the Twitter page linked to the Web site of the KCNA, the official North Korean news agency, it is unclear whether the posts on Twitter were created by the KCNA, as the article suggested. This correction was delayed for research.

These are both examples of lost-wax bronze castings, his main technique during the 1960s and early 1970s.
