An article last Sunday about the success of young players so far this season on the PGA Tour misspelled, in some copies, the surname of a twenty-five-year-old golfer. He is Alex Prugh, not Pugh. The article also misstated, in some copies, the ages of two players. Michael Allen is 51, not 50, and Andrés Romero is 28, not 27. 

A listing in the New Jersey Calendar in some editions on Jan. 31 misstated the hours for the Montclair Art Museum. It is open from noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, not from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday.

An article in some editions last Sunday described concerts by the Long Island Composers’ Alliance in honor of Black History Month to be held today at Park Avenue United Methodist Church in Manhattan and next Sunday at South Nassau Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Freeport. Today’s concert has been canceled because the vocalist is ill. A decision has not yet been made about next Sunday’s concert.

An article on Page 40 this weekend about synthetic biology misstates the cause of stomach ulcers for which a possible vaccine is being produced by a team of Slovenian students. The vaccine would treat ulcers caused by bacteria, not by a virus.
