MILAN, Oct. 9 (AP) -- The only evidence of the departure of Samuel Insull from this city was his purchase of a ticket and a sleeper reservation for a fifty-hour ride across Italy, Yugoslavia and Greece. His son, Samuel Insull Jr., left here Friday night and it was assumed that he put his father aboard the Orient Express, which left for Athens at 10:20 A.M. Friday.
