PARIS, Tenn., Oct. 20 (UPI) -- Five children burned to death today in a house fire at nearby Cottage Grove, a rural community about 10 miles northwest of Paris. Jasper Milligan Jr., father of the victims, his wife and two of the couple's seven children managed to escape the fire.
