FORT BENNING, Ga., Feb. 22—First Lieut. William L. Cal ley Jr., accused of killing 102 men, women and children dur ing the alleged massacre of South Vietnamese civilians at Mylai, took the witness stand today and said that he had been indoctrinated by the Army to treat all Vietnamese, includ ing children, as potential ene mies.
