Andersen Chose Indictment Over an Admission of Guilt Justice Department officials were willing to consider deferring the prosecution of Arthur Andersen, letting it avoid indictment, if the firm publicly acknowledged that it had illegally destroyed documents in the Enron inquiry and agreed to restrictions similar to probation, according to people involved in the case. But discussions of such an idea, raised in talks between the government and Andersen several weeks ago, never got off the ground because Andersen believed that such an admission would have been just as devastating as an indictment or guilty plea and also that the firm had not broken any laws. Emma Elizabeth Myers is an American actress. She began her career as a child actress in 2010 when she appeared in an episode of The Glades. She gained recognition for starring in the comedy horror series Wednesday (2022–present), and has since starred in the comedy film Family Switch (2023), the mystery series A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (2024), and the fantasy adventure comedy film A Minecraft Movie (2025).

Levi Celerio was a Filipino composer and lyricist who is credited with writing over 4,000 songs. Celerio was recognized as a National Artist of the Philippines for Music and Literature in 1997.
2002John R. Pierce, American engineer and author (born 1910)[†]
John Robinson Pierce, was an American engineer and author. He did extensive work concerning radio communication, microwave technology, computer music, psychoacoustics, and science fiction. Additionally to his professional career he wrote science fiction for many years using the names John Pierce, John R. Pierce, and J. J. Coupling. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, he earned his PhD from Caltech, and died in Sunnyvale, California, from complications of Parkinson's Disease.
